Community-Music Group modification

This form is used to change information for previously submitted community bands and orchestras in the community-music contact list. Please use the US or international submission forms, not this one, to add an ensemble that is not currently listed on the c-m contact list.

You must enter the name of the group to change and your e-mail address. Changes submitted without a valid e-mail contact will not performed. Enter only those fields which need to be updated.

You should only use this form to change a group already in the contact list. With the exception of group name and e-mail address, you should only include those fields that you want to change. If you want to delete a field that is part of your existing entry, put "OMIT" in the field to remove or put something in the comments field that says "please remove the {whatever you want removed} from our entry". If you need to change the name of the group, again, use the comments field.

Following these instructions and those on the form makes the "job" of updating your entry that much easier. Thank you for your cooperation.
