I request the accommodation detailed above and agree to be responsible for payment of the charges as shown, subject to the Tiptop Vacation Homes terms and conditions as detailed below. I understand that confirmation of the booking is provisional until a 50% deposit has been paid, and that the 50% booking deposit is to be paid within 14 days of the provisional booking confirmation from Tiptop Vacation Homes, failing which the booking may be considered canceled. For bookings within 14 days of arrival, full payment is required within 3 days of booking confirmation or, if earlier, upon check-in.

Tiptop Vacation Homes terms and conditions of booking
|
|
|
1. Daily Rate
|
The daily rate quoted for each unit is the charge for the period (or part thereof) from 12 noon on the day of arrival to 12 noon the following day for a number of guests not exceeding the stated capacity of the unit
|

2. Additional charges for guests above capacity
|
Where the number of guests in the party exceed the stated capacity of the unit, additional mattresses/pillows/blankets will be provided as needed and an additional charge per person per night will be imposed in respect of each person above capacity, at the rate of 250 pesos per person per night for each adult and 125 pesos per person per night for each child (aged from 2 years to below 18 years). Infants below 24 months old will not be counted in the calculation of the number of guests above capacity

3. Refunds Policy
|
If a booking is canceled 60 days or more before the scheduled date of arrival, 100% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded. For bookings canceled less than 60 days but more than 14 days before the scheduled date of arrival, 50% of the booking deposit paid will be refunded. If a booking is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date of arrival, or in case of no-shows, no refund will be made and the booking deposit will be considered as payment on account of liquidated damages. No refunds, or reduction in the amount payable in the case that full payment has not been made at check-in, will be allowed for late check-in or early check out from the dates shown in the confirmed booking/registration details.

4. Early Check-in
|
Early check in, subject to availability, is allowed from 10 a.m. at no additional charge. Early check-in before 10 a.m. is charged at P200 per hour or part thereof from time of arrival to 10 a.m.

5. Late Check-out
|
Late check out, subject to availability, is allowed up to 2 p.m. at no additional charge. Late checkout after 2 p.m. is charged at P200 per hour up to 6 p.m.. Check out after 6 p.m. is charged as one extra day

6. Inventory List
|
The person responsible for booking/payment may be required to sign an inventory list at the time of check-in, and agrees to be responsible to reimburse Tiptop Vacation Homes in respect of any items of inventory that were supplied in good condition at check-in and that are missing/damaged at check-out.

7. Car Parking
|
A single car park space is allocated for guests of units with a capacity of 7 or less, a double car parking space is provided for guests of units with a capacity of more than 7. Tiptop Vacation Homes will not be held responsible for security of, or any loss or damage to, vehicles parked in the car park or adjoining road. Use of car parking space additional to the allocated space(s) is subject to availability.
